EmailNotifier now can sends emails on hosters with self-signed SSL certificates
NodeListSource must be JSONSource
renamed whitelisting to opt_in and set suggestion to True
Enhanced README, added Database structure

I cherry-picked the last two commits that really are bugfixes. The rest cannot really be described as "Update to a running state", I've commented on details. Also, a bash script doesn't really make sense if you want to have a webinterface for people to opt in.

Sure, Thanks. The pr grew over time, as i continued the development, so a Cherry pick is just fine.

I created a Bash Script in cgi-bin that Redirects to the calling Webpage with a response in the Query that is handled there, but that is maybe somewhat special.
