Hood active-flag should be interpreted #222

When v2-Hoods get disabled within keyXchangev2 via the "active = 0" flag the monitoring should not display them anymore.

Example: Hood Berlin is currently disabled but still drawn (https://keyserver.freifunk-franken.de/v2/hoods.php?)
