Move current frends feed to be legacy feed in Azure
Move current frends-tasks feed to be main feed in Azure
Make new Azure feeds upstream for old myget feeds
Change from where tasks.frends.com takes metadata

Making Azure feed proxy upstreams on MyGet breaks something and we cannot do this. We need to manually sync new pushes from Azure to myget for a while.
