Implement EMS #7

The HP100LX supports EMS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lEqWG9jdn0

Doom8088 supports EMS. Put it back in doomtd3 for 64 kB of additional memory.

EMS added, including logging of how much memory is available.
