Description

Currently, the project descriptions in our platform are plain text, limiting users' ability to format and style their content. To enhance the user experience and provide more flexibility, we need to implement a rich text editor for project descriptions.

Describe the solution you'd like

Tasks:

[x] Research and select a suitable rich text editor library/framework.
[ ] Integrate the chosen rich text editor into the project description field.
[ ] Enable basic formatting options such as bold, italic, underline, and bullet/numbered lists.
[ ] Test the rich text editor thoroughly across different browsers and devices.
[ ] Handle any edge cases or potential issues that may arise during the implementation.
[ ] Update the relevant documentation to reflect the usage of the rich text editor.
[ ] Implement a preview feature to display how the formatted project description will appear.
