Inaccurate "Not Current System Member" Error #7

If the callsign changes for the fronting member it can trigger a "These are not current system member(s)" error if the fronters are loaded before the PK data

Could get around that by saving the active list as a list of PK IDs?

Planned features should make this a non-issue in the future, for now it can still happen if we're careless making changes
