Add blog section #14

Add blog structure for freshrss.org. The main part is in https://github.com/FreshRSS/Freshican/pull/1 but this PR update the README and add some improvements to work with the theme improvements.

Note there is only one article for now and it is not finished. I think it could be better to complete it in another (collaborative) pull request.

When article will be finished, dev branch will be able to be merged into master one.

BTW, don't forget to merge https://github.com/FreshRSS/Freshican/pull/1 too ;).
