Homepage still refers to inactive Twitter profile #68

Might be worth removing the link, or clarifying that it's inactive (https://freshrss.org/index.html).

(as a side note, would be nice to find FreshRSS on Mastodon along with so many other open source projects that have rightly abandoned Twitter ;-)
