Design update to tables and R code reviewed I have R code that formats the Topnet outputs into the attached xls spreadsheet

Talking to Katherine, this code will need to be updated to output data in the attached .csv format - see BCmodel_outputdesign1_inch.csv and outputdesign2 Specs: header = yes rows = list of model drainages columns = drainage, precip, ET, recharge, artificialdrainage, userwithdrawal dimension = inch (do you prefer meter or cms?) delimiter =comma (do you prefer space?)

The difference between 1 and 2 is that 2 includes some estimate of uncertainty in the ET calculation given different automated model calibration results.

Please let me know if there are any other changes or requests.
My next steps are

• [ ] clarify and address MODFLOW data request from you after verifying the file structure
• [ ] update the model processing code and run for Bertrand Creek so that instead of the basin average of 5.85 inch, there is a different value per drainage. For your model testing purposes, you can get started with this dummy data.
• [ ] run processing for WRIA 1 172 basins modelruns_summary_093016_design2018.xlsx
