two hourly forcing data sets.

data48.34375-121.34375_20061001to20061130_1hr_Even.csv - three hour data evenly spread among each hour

data48.34375-121.34375_20061001to20061130_1hr_FirstHour - daily accumulated precipitation occurs during first hour of each day; precipitation during hours 2 to 24 is zero.
