Add new rainbow fox icon #87

Adds a new icon designed by me which looks like this:

striped rainbow fox

We may not be able to change the icon on the fly as the color scheme changes, but I was thinking of embedding the SVG in the extension page and using CSS to change it dynamically.

(would close #16)

I just published a new version of Pywalfox that uses the new icon. It should be up very soon. Thank you!
