Link locations to map #20

Current When viewing all activities in a locations (path like /app/location/juniorhacking), there is no way to know where this location is on the map.

Expected There either is a link to the map with the selected location highlighted.

Also related to #25 . A location page might benefit from a leading box with information about that location.

might be possible with an optional selected_location route parameter. To be checked.
