Create a web page to enter hours.

Current fields are; PersonID (most likely from person and responsibilities table where one of the responsibilities for that person is 'volunteer') Person Visited (most likely query from person and responsibilities table where person's responsibility is a 'friend') Date/time start of volunteering Date/time end of volunteering
