Add elementalist buffs #28

Pretty much all elementalist buffs are added. I'm honestly considering removing some of them, namely those related to the current attunement or conjured weapon, as these are quite visible without the help of Gw2Clarity, any preferences?

This change has already been compiled and tested, but I'll check again with the artifact from CI.

I don't really see a reason to exclude buffs even if they're of little value, since you already did the legwork anyway :)

CI should be done shortly, thanks a lot for the submission!
