Multi doamin plugin not howing control panel #17

I have added the mautic domain plugin in mautic plugin manually after refreshing the plugin is not added in site plugin using mautic 4.4.6 version ?

Screenshot (13) Added the mautic multi domain plugin in plugin directory Screenshot (15) But plugin is not shown after added in plugin directory can give us solution to fix this issue
