Compatibility with 5.0.3? #28

Tried to manually install this on 5.0.3 and no dice. Just get an error message:

The "app/bundles/CoreBundle/Resources/views/Offline" directory does not exist ("//app/bundles/CoreBundle/Resources/views/Offline").

That goes away if I remove the plugin.
