Moving MultiDomain to Configuration Menu #5

Would be nice if we could move the MultiDomain widget to the configuration panel, so it is not viewable to a normal user

I managed to move this to admin by changing the line 27 to 'admin'

Next thing is to try and figure out permissions so that it is only viewable to admins
