Add MinimalIAP variant #9

In my opinion it will be useful to have this variant. It's just minimal MicroG with actual store instead of FakeStore and these 2 libs for DRM. I don't know if I should have changed something with date or SDK in config, I was just finishing my Lineage setup at 12am and thought that it should be in main repo 🥴
