Conflict with Symplify Package Builder

Because of this PR https://github.com/FriendsOfBehat/SymfonyExtension/pull/106, the package conflicts with Symplify Package Builder.

There is probably a reason for this, but it means Rector cannot be used with the SymfonyExtension because Rector depends on Symplify Package Builder.

Could this be fixed?
