Notifications contain wrong user info in title #151

Bug Report

Current Behavior When a PD is posted to, sometimes the wrong user displays in the notification title. This affects email and web notifications.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have multiple users reply to a PD
  2. See that notifications sometimes show the wrong user

Expected Behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
