Infinite lazy loading for topics with linked videos; galleries.

Bug Report

Current Behavior If a discussions opening post features a video link or image gallery link it gets stuck on infinitely 'lazy loading' the thumbnail.

Steps to Reproduce Always happens in specified situations.

Expected Behavior Unless a direct link to a valid image it should just fall back to default behavior, that being the display of user/OP profile picture.

Environment

• Flarum version: 1.3.1
• Extension version: Should be latest.
• Website URL: https://godotforums.org/t/projects
• Webserver: Not sure, I'm a secondary/past admin.
• Hosting environment: Not sure, I'm a secondary/past admin.
• PHP version: 7.4.33
• Browser: Not browser specific.

Output of "php flarum info", run this in terminal in your Flarum directory.

Additional Context Will link this issue also to other admins so they can hopefully provide further details if needed.
