Contain " ' " char, so escaped it, don't know if needed

@Draky50110 Why are you deleting the English language files? Can you put it back? It shouldn't be deleted.

Greetings and thank you for your PR.

Unfortunately, we as a group have decided to leave translations up to the discretion of language pack creators. In turn, this will remove any dependencies or blockers in the future if we choose to add, modify, or remove any existing English language translation strings within this extension.
