Uh, hi. Why did you create a PR for both byobu & formatting only to immediately close them?

Hi, First because I'm a newbie on GitHub and don't know how to manage to make my proposal for this translated file. So I understand that I should have opened a pull request and let you decide ;)? Secondly I let it as-is as I understand that you won't accept it. I'm trying to know where to share my translation proposal :). Thx
