Fixed sortable #15

Fixed the sortable issue by implementing html5sortable like you requested in the extension thread.

Changed the admin route because the old nested route wasn't updating the address bar url.

Changed the fa-arrows icon to fa-arrows-alt-v because it wasn't showing up for me on the latest Flarum.

Great. One question, are you able to see the fields on "Start a Discussion" mobile view? (Is this extension responsive enough?)

@ameenpv please do not hijack unrelated threads. Check the configuration of your "See fields on all existing discussions" permission and open a new issue if that permission doesn't work as intended.

EDIT: oh apparently you deleted your other message and added a different one. Same thing, please use the forum or open a new issue.
