This PR is simply to update the Facebook, Discord and Twitter colors according to current brand guidelines.

I see our hex lowercase vs uppercase is a bit of a mess. This PR is probably not the place to change all of them, but maybe we could add all new ones the same? There seems to be a majority of lowercase, but I'm not actually sure what our official preference should be :hear_no_evil:

Oops I didn't notice that, I copied it directly as it came from the brand guidelines web pages. I don't mind changing these and the rest of the forum.less values to lowercase in this PR, if you prefer it that way.
