added a quick fix for #8 to update the split title after discussion title is changed

Seems like you split up the PR in two. Could you possibly try to do one PR with both changes?

sure. sorry I used web interface for git and it confused me. I made a new one here : https://github.com/flagrow/split/pull/11 as I said It's a quick fix and I personally do not like the way I retrieve the linked "discussionSplit" to the discussion!. However it works for me but I'm looking forward for a better way of achieving the same action.
