Rename Uplay to Ubisoft Connect and update logo #17

Uplay recently updated their branding and it's got a new name ~ Ubisoft Connect ~ and is using a different logo. I think it would be cool to see the new name and logo updated in GOG. I can give you the Ubisoft Connect logo if you need it.

The name and logo have been updated in the latest version (2.0.38), at least on my machine.
