List of changes to PSDWizardNew Module

Added more descriptive Welcome page response when conditions are checked
Added TS folder check to error appropriately when selected
Added F5 refresh help context.
Fixed default locale output if not set in CustomSettings.ini
Optimized PSDWizard by moving handlers out of page selection; fixed issue with dual WPF selectionChange events
Fixed Serial number variable for ComputerName; supports RAND, SERIAL, SERIALNUMBER. Also supports a digit to left or right of variable to trim length
- %SERIAL:7% uses first 7 characters of serialnumebr
- %7:SERIAL% uses last 7 characters of serialnumebr
Changed debug messages for element change to be more clear
Fixed Definition xml condition query for SkipBDDWizard; change from or to and
Add more synopsis to PSDWizard functions, removing majority of test code.
Removed beta from version; released to public
Added character check during xml conversion
Fix logo not showing when using web url
Filter language based on TS selected
Check TS for valid OS; added invalid message to wizard
