[ ] scan konfig via redaxo console command einstellbar machen (d.h. ein console command mit dem man einstellunge macht, analog des web ui "Einstellungen" tab) (inspiration könnte man im redaxo core setup-command holen)

ich denke wir sollten im rexstan repo ein neues command einbauen, welches die rexstan konfig durchführen kann, z.B. redaxo/bin/console rexstan:config ...

das command brauch im endeffekt nur die parameter um dann am ende diese methode aufzurufen https://github.com/FriendsOfREDAXO/rexstan/blob/f6960d23291afd168f090ac75d485397e70f7016/pages/settings.php#L31
