[Doc] The "Contributing" section of doc index is empty #228

The https://github.com/FriendsOfSymfony/FOSCKEditorBundle/blob/2.x/docs/index.rst file contains at the bottom a section called "Conributing" but it doesn't have any content. I don't know if the solution is to remove that section or add contents to it.
