Reorganization of the teams #26

Owners of a github organization don't receive notifications for the PRs and issues on the repos. So when creating FOS, we created a team with everyone in it so that we get notifications. This was fine when we had only 2 or 3 repos but FOS is growing and some members are only interested in a few repos and don't want to receive all notifications.

So I just created a team for each repo with write access (to get notifications for this repo). If you want to receive notifications for some repositories, simply switch to the FriendsOfSymfony context in your dashboard, go to the Teams panel and add yourself to some teams. If you want to mimic the the current state, just add yourself to all teams.

Note: The FOS team still has them for all repos but the goal is to restrict it to the current repo in a few days (to give you the time to add yourself to other teams). Please don't remove yourself from this team as the current repo is used to discuss things for the organization itself and so everyone should be notified for it.
