[FEATURE] add FeatureToggle for languageHandling #7

add a feature toggle to disable the patching of flexform languagehandling

If you are not affected by the change mentioned below you can now disable the corresponding patch in compatibility6

Hi @pniederlag,

I'm sorry, but we cannot merge your requested changes. Having one feature toggle in compatiblity6 would mean, we need an own toggle for each "feature/bugfix" this extension provides. That would also mean, it would be better to provide (and maintain) an own extension for each bugfix. That is currently impossible to do. I kindly ask you to understand, we cannot offer this work for an deprecated extension. My suggestion would be to upgrade your installation so you don't need compatibility6 at all.

As I did run into a bunch of problems with compatibility6 (this patch trying to solve one on of them) I do now do all migrations "straight foward" without any compatiblity-layer. So I am quite fine with your decision. ;)
