In commit https://github.com/FriendsOfTYPO3/frontend_editing/commit/d9a02e83b0e8b7caa8f232f9086b22f586007c5b a spacer has been removed but that spacer is needed in use cases where there's no space between the top of the page and the first editable CE to display the inline edit button toolbar.
