Port trap registration CI switch to our `runTests.sh` #1369

As a developer, I want our runTests.sh to mirror the runTests.sh from the Core as closely as possible so we get the goodness, and so we can port future changes more easily.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] The changes from https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/85205 are in our runTests.sh (as far as possible)
