[feature] Add "Extended" Tab in tt-address TCA #582

Whenever you add fields to the TCA without explicitly defining the insertPosition, the new fields are added in the Categories tab. This does not really fit. Therefore I suggest adding an "Extended" Tab in the tt_address TCA. (Just like in tt_content)
