That's also unclear for me what is the difference between "-" and "√". For negative habits, I understand that "x" would say one achieved the goal, but don't know what to say if one missed.
I have the same problem and can't figure it out. Does anyone know where to find documentation or instructions?

It's unclear to me how negative goals work. Say I want to smoke less. Do I fill in a - or a ✅ when I smoke? How does this affect the tracking?
