I had a look and it seems that most Julia packages are licensed as MIT and I would like to do the same.

@AnderGray Do you agree or do you prefer the GPLv3?

Coverage remained the same at 94.737% when pulling 33b72a3ca9144946bb2488891acc2a73697bda1d on 5-add-license into 54ef38ac7af1b9df5c805006f3ff69ecdfd1d313 on master.
