Internationalization (Norwegian) #4

There's currently no internationalization in place. Norwegian translations is a priority.

From a translator standpoint I would prefer if the translation is done using gettext .po files. This seem to be the promoted process as described on https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.7/topics/i18n/translation/ .
