Basically a simplified commenting system, perhaps restricted to a set of users.

Basically it should allow you to do add notices on errors, such as "Missing sound", "Video cut short", "Field error", and so on. If the type of error is editable it would absolutely be a plus.

There ought to be one entry per error, and a status field for resolution. This field should both be possibly input from automated systems and humans. It also should allow resolutions done by humans and automated systems.

What about simply use github for now? We can make a new 'repo', say https://github.com/Frikanalen/video-qa/, and register issues there with problems we notice about videos in the archive? Low tech, not great, but allow us to collect the information in one place.
