This PR adds a Configuration Card - a new item which allows copying and pasting machine configurations.

Copying and pasting machine configuration by sneaking and right clicking on a machine block
Cleaning configuration by sneaking and right clicking in the air
Falling back to dummy machine when a machine saved in the Configuration Card was removed from the game
