Basically make use of the --userdir argument to allow player to setup various sessions with each their own set of font, save, gfx, soundpack and mods.
Having more than one session is probably not super usefull but that's not too difficult to set up
The main point here is that if you have third party stuff you'll be able to put it in a different directory that won't be overwritten on update and so the launcher won't have to move anything around when updating which should speed up updating process for people with lots of mods/ big soundpacks
