Auto updates does replace the old launcher #33

Fixes #30

Now auto update will:

Download new launcher to a temp folder ( no change there)
Then move the current launcher to old_launcher folder that will be created where launcher.exe currently is
Then move the new launcher from the temp folder to the path of the old launcher
Every update the old_launcher folder is moved to the bin if it was still there
