Fix download link to BeepBoopBip #66

BeepBoopBip is not updated in the CDDA-Soundpacks repo anymore since https://github.com/Fris0uman/CDDA-Soundpacks/pull/75

So the link poiting to the latest release doesn't work becasue there's no BeepBoopBip in there. This changes the link to the last release with BeepBoopBip in it

BeepBoopBip now lives there https://github.com/Golfavel/CDDA-Soundpacks_BeepBoop but there's no release that the launcher can point to yet
