Missing directory/files with Codeblocks in windows 10 #74

After downloading a fresh copy of the 0.G release I am getting "C:\Users\USER\Downloads\Cataclysm-DDA-0.G-branch\src\flexbuffer_json.h|8|fatal error: flatbuffers/flexbuffers.h: No such file or directory" errors. I can see in codeblocks fileviewer that there is no folder called flatbuffers or headerfile called flexbuffers.h

I dont know if this is a reproducable issue with other windows machines as I am unable to gain access to another, I imagine it might be an error on my end as this version has been out a while.

I expected to just be able to download, compile and play, I wish to be able to edit the code of the game as i have somethings I like to add to my own personal version.
