Automatically get Stable and Stable candidate releases #75

Take advantage of the new stable release pattern of dda to add Stable and Stable candidates to the launcher

We do:

Get all release tags
Filter for stable release tags
Go through them in reverse order
Get the first tag of each letter: so first 0.H, first 0.I etc
Use tags to fetch the releases

We don't do well the distinction between a release candidate and a final release, we'll have to revisit this once 0.H drops for good
