Changed the map tiles so that the value symbols are more visible.

I temporarily disabled this PR. Could you please checkout master and see if you could get it to work?

If you tell me how to get it to work, I'll fix it back again, but I only got a js error in ol.js.

Does it have to do with the cached version of ol.js? Did you test on head of master?
