Started on plotting for one single device.

The content of this PR is a one-page-per-device page with some details and a one-week plot for each device. The purpose of this is not necessarily to create a beautiful blah blah blah plot, but to have api consumer to test against.

Can be reached by clicking on the devices in the table on the frontpage.
