We should handle schedule expansion on the server with a new controller and methods to support

[ ] Create TimeSlotController with GET method to fetch a specific schedule, for a given time range, expand it, and return the timeslots
[ ] Add a GET method to expand ALL schedules for a given time range, expand them, and return the timeslots
