Should this be in this repository or a separate one?

I ask, not being familiar with how the RTD web hook processes a repository, i.e. can we point it to a specific folder within the repo to look for the build artifacts?

It looks like we could create a docs folder in the project: https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/intro/getting-started-with-sphinx.html
