starting vertx from config.json and hazelcast

Code Formatter Settings between Eclipse and Intellij today is too different.... I must't use "reformat code"..

To test vertx in cluster mode:

• add vertx-hazelcast dependency: io.vertx vertx-hazelcast
• add in config.json of project: "clustered": true
